The correct way to approach losing weight consists of weight training and short cardio exercises. People who lose a lot of weight quickly are likely to develop health problems, and the weight won’t stay off. Patience is the key.Eat small meals of whole natural foods every few hours and don’t get alarmed if some weeks you lose no weight at all. Eventually, it will pay off.
