Keep Chiseling!
With only 9 days left in January I am stuck thinking about
how quickly the 1st month of the new year has flown by and
how I didn’t get to all the new year new projects I
outlined for myself…we’ll call them “resolutions” .
Did you get to all of yours? I didn’t think so.
The first few weeks everyone is always gung ho. When it
comes to working out this means sore muscles and adjusting
your schedule. We constantly find excuses as to why we can
no longer work out like “It hurts” or “I don’t have
time”, you know the excuses, you’re the one who comes up
with them.
We’ll this is the time to keep going, to re-commit to
your health and fitness goals. I’ll help you:
1. Congratulate yourself on what you have already
accomplished! So maybe you didn’t work out 5 days a week
since the 1st of Jan. Congratulate yourself on the two days
a week you did instead of beating yourself up for the three
days you didn’t.
2. Remind yourself why you’re doing this. Did your
doctor give you bad news about your health? Did he use the
words “blood pressure” or “diabetes” Did your kids
ask you what a muffin top or spare tire is? Write down
ENERGETIC, HEALTHIER or LEAD BY EXAMPLE and pin it to your
wall so you are reminded of he positive reasons to work
out.
3. Be accountable. Don’t ask your BFFL to do this. He
or she will let you slide and fall for your sob stories.
Use someone who won’t fall for it. If you search hard
enough I’m sure you’ll find someone in you life that
enjoys giving you grief. Pick this person. It will give
them a sense of purpose and help you to achieve your goals.
Think of the daily satisfaction you’ll get by telling
this person honestly “I did what I committed to do, now
go away until tomorrow”.
So let’s get back at it! I’ll check in soon.

cannot get programme to work
I can get the programme to work to the extent that a voice says "time to work out now" but no exercises automatically come up on the screen as they did in the old version. Should the exercises come up automatically on the screen or do you have to go and open them? I was looking for a programme where the exercises came up automatically on the screen.
