When you have finally reached your ideal weight, it does not mean that you are going to stop what you are doing. You must be able to make sure that you are able to maintain the weight that you have worked hard to achieved.

Here are 3 strategies for managing set point problems.

1. Know your caloric target for weight maintenance.
2. Work up (or down) to this calorie intake gradually.
3. Exercise, Exercise, Exercise.
