Exercise Balls as Office Furniture

One of the best "little" things I ever did was replace my desk chair with an exercise ball. Sitting on one of those things for 8 hours a day is a great workout for your core, legs and your overall posture. Plus it easily transitions to a great lunchtime workout if its raining and you feel like doing some crunches!
