Exercise Tips

First thing I do is get up and get out and train for about 1/2 hour. I've got everything I need here to get some movement in including medicine balls, fitness balls, rebounder, kettlebells, macebells, Bulgarian Training bags, sand bags, Indian and iron clubs, exercise vids, jump rope, heavy rope and more! I often just do bodyweight movements such as qigong, yoga, dancing, etc.

During my work day I set my timer for :50 and then take a :10 minute break to play. When I go up or downstairs, I'll run back up and down a few times then go where I was going. If I need to go out and purchase food, I walk to the little organic store about 1 mile up the street and carry only what I can so maaaaaybe, I'll have to do it again.

In the evening, I'll throw a medicine ball around the yard, go after it, pick it up, do it again. Squats and lunges are good holding balls, bags and clubs.
