Break Pal
Frequently Asked Questions

Q: I don't think I'll really do the lessons. How will break pal help me exercise?
A: The lessons are a lot of fun and once you realize how good you feel after doing them regularly you'll be pretty motivated. Plus, Liz really is pretty good at guilting you into them — and she will.

Q: I'm afraid I'll look funny doing the exercises. My co-workers will laugh.
A: You're kidding, right?

People out of shape and not taking care of their health laughing at someone doing something good for themself? Something that will not only boost health but productivity also? They really should think twice about that one. You'll definetely laugh last.

Plus with all your new productivity you'll probably end up in a private corner office with a view where they can't see you anyway :-)

Q: Does Break Pal use much of my computer resources?
A: Very little at all.

Q: How much does the full version cost?
A: $49.95 — avery small price to pay for your health and well being.

Q: What's the difference between the free trial version and the full version?
A: The trial version has five basic moves to get you started. The full version has 27 complete exercises to get you in the best shape of your life!

Q: I don't have very much room to exercise in, can I do the exercises in a cubicle?
A: The exercises can be done in about a five by five space. Most of them less.

Q: I work out of my apartment. Will my downstairs neighbors hear me?
A: The exercises are based on a very fluid form of Kung Fu called Shou Shu. They are very soft in nature so there is no heavy impact on the ground. This is easy on your knees and back because of this.
