A person can help shape and tone their butt by doing bridges. They are quite simple by doing the following. Lay on back with hands at side and knees bent. Inhale. Exhale, tighten abs, tighten butt, and lift hips off the mat. Create straight line from knees to shoulders by raising hips, squeeze core, and pull belly back to spine .Lower self to floor after keeping the straight line for 20 to 30 seconds.
