Get up and go!

Exercise needs to be the first thing you do when you get up everyday. Upwards of a million things can distract you from it during the day and at night. Also, you don't your mind occupied with thinking about an impending workout all day long. That is energy wasted. Get to bed at the best time for you to get up fresh in the early morn. This will allow you to spend time enjoying your workout, whether at home or outside. Another crucially important aspect of this is to engage in exercise you enjoy, whatever that is. Consistency, the key to all of this, will only take place if you love what you are doing. Enjoy!
