I am new and would like to introduce myself. My name is Karen and I think this is a great site and so far the mini-workouts are helping out wonderfully. I am curious, though, what additional exercises are available through an upgraded version. Can anyone please advise? Thank you!

Hi! I'm pretty new here! I'm really hoping to get enough points for a premium membership (or I'll buy one if I get a house sold before I get 5000 points!). I'll be happy to be breakpal "friends" with you if you'd like to talk about staying in shape while working, etc. For the first time in my life I'm trying to lose weight. I'm 35 and suddenly I'm spreading. lol

Really glad you like it. We love it too.
An upgraded membership currently has about 45 lessons. These include chi kung (kinda like tai chi), yoga, cardio kung fu, and more. You'll find these in seated and standing versions.
We'll be adding more soon. Right now we've got some basic dance steps in the can. Should be able to get them up and live soon. That'll be fun and sure to get some funny looks if you work in an office. But oh well
