Love this but...

This is my favorite I think, but I'm so frustrated because I can't seem to get it going left. I've got the right down pat, but on the left I'm spilling "tea" everywhere! Probably means I have an unbalanced mind too. I'm going to practice this daily. ~K

Finally Got It!

It took me a few tries. I found if I turned the volume down it's acturally easier for me to do this one. I don't get as confused. LOL Yes, I've blond! LOL This feels so great on my back and my tummy is getting stronger. Thanks!

So, is the standing version the same thing but standing? Very cool! I can feel that tightening my tubby tummy!

Lower back

This feels so good on the lower back, releasing that tension from sitting in my office chair.

Just tried this for the 1st

Submitted by RobynsWorld on Thu, 2009-07-30 09:47.

Just tried this for the 1st time because my lower back has been bothering me. I could really feel it helping with that. I think it will take a few times for me to get those hand and arm movements right though LOL - I was all over the place!

I never get tired of doing OR teaching "serving tea". This one should always be fun!
