Abs

Seems to be one of the better exercises for the stomach muscle. Like many people, I'd like to really target that area. I used to practice yoga regularly and my core was so strong. Since my last baby (who is now only 2) I have a pudgy little tummy that I've gotten way too used to! Hope this and the others will make it a thing of the past! ~K

Great exercise

Submitted by wyomingkathy@gm... on Thu, 2010-01-21 13:36.

I really love this one. There are so many ways that it can be modifies to make it a bit harder. I like to do it standing in a wide stance, shifting my weight as I turn the corresponding foot out and bend the knee! Seems to be doing wonders for my back! Thank you!

Ball only for demonstration

It would help to know at the beginning that the ball is only to demonstrate the motion. At first I thought I needed a ball. ;-)
