Hi Liz,
I really hope you get this note. I LOVE this exercise. I can really feel it working. I am having quite a bit of pain in my knees just after doing it though. Does this mean I am doing something wrong, or that I just need to build up strength in the knees? I'd love to hear what you have to say, as I'm not out to hurt myself, but don't intend to stop doing this great exercise either. Thank so much for your help!!!

When I first started these I could barely lift my back heel ("sensible heel" height) off the floor and would collapse into my chair afterward, legs shaking. A couple weeks later I now routinely lift my back heel off the floor "stiletto heel" height, though I still collapse into my chair afterwards. Recently I have noticed that climbing the stairs to my office is now much easier, and I -- gasp! -- have even gotten the urge to climb higher. Those little signs of progress mean so much!

Ow ow ow ow ow, feels so good to stop, but it's working! Thanks!
Wow!
That is amazing! These really are a work out. Amazing what just holding a position will do.
Oh Yeah
These are part of the kung fu class I teach. If you pay attention to detail these are killer.
If you like them we'll put more in the next series we shoot. I've got plenty.
