a little cardio at lunch
On your lunch break go for a walk after your lunch. I'm sure alot more people might be interested in doing that than you think. Just take your sneakers with you to work....have your lunch and then take a walk and chat instead of sitting for another 20-30 minutes

avoiding siesta
This is also a great way to avoid that sleepy digestive feeling after lunch. I happen to get into siesta mode every time I eat Jesse's lunch special from the taco truck...I swear he puts something in it to make me take a nap.
