    <description>&lt;p&gt;Hi there!  Hm...where to begin?  I&#039;ve got a mixed history with fitness and nutrition.  I used to be an ACE certified instructor in college, ran cross country in high school (which started as a dare), and I&#039;m in the Army National Guard.  I gained weight while deployed -- too much easy access to fried food.  Then I married my great husband, who is naturally skinny and loves mayonnaise on everything.  By this point, at 26, I was 20 pounds heavier than my college weight (158 vs. 138).  I went on Jenny Craig when I started law school.&lt;/p&gt;
