Hmmm, where to start...
Shou' Shu' black belt, Martial Arts, Tai Chi and Karaticise Instructor. Breakpal just seemed the natural progression. I have one dog that is a dog and one dog that is a human wrapped in fur, they are with me always. Three cats that live at work, and make no mistake, I work for them. You will actually see them from time to time in a workout session. I'm an MMI Grad and an Enlightened Warrior Grad.
Kung Fu, Yoga, dance, rollerblading, kayaking. This winter I'm looking forward to skiing and snowboarding. and This spring I'm looking forward to cycling and swimming. I love 80's movies and music. No TV for sometime but I heard George Clooney might return to ER for the final season so there goes that. Reading, mostly work related. LOVE to eat and take cat naps.

Question About Pull Twist From Chair
Would these be a good ab workout if I DID crunch with each one? Or is that somehow not good for the body? Thanks for your expertise. I don't want to start doing it before I know if it may cause injury.

Good Question,
You are supposed to constrict the ab's but not bend the back.
Also pay close attention to make sure you are pushing your knee off the ground, not lifting. This one is better done without shoes. When you push your toes point down, when you lift your foot is flat.
