My name is Phil Weaver and I'm the architect of this site. It's an idea I've had for a long time and I've finally put it together the way I want it. Break pal's time has come.

I envision a world where people can lead more balanced lives. Incorporating Break Pal into your work is a part of that balance.

I'm married to the lovely Liz Weaver,(she the one you'll be working out with in most of your lessons. She's an incredible woman.

I'm a Shou' Shu' instructor by day. Together Liz and I run the Sheng Chi Training Center a modern facility preserving the ancient art of Shou' Shu'. It's a lot of fun and something I feel everyone should do. It's incredible how training in an ancient Kung fu can change a person.

I'm an avid drupal architect and I design sites like this one through my web business, The Site Mechanics. Building new and exciting applications like this one is a lot of fun for me.

Being involved with teaching children and learning so much about the brain in my work (yes kung fu teaches you a lot about your own brain) I also teamed up with an incredible educational therapist by the name of Lisa Harp. she has incredible skills in working with children with a variety of learning disabilities such as ADD, ADHD, Dyslexia, dyscalculia, dysgraphia, and Autism Spectrum disorder. Together we created an online version of her educational therapy system which can be done at home.
