Simplest But Effective Core Exercise
One of the simplest, yet highly effective core exercises I've been doing of late
is this: raise your knee and balance on one foot. It's easy to do while standing at
the copy machine, brushing your teeth (with an electric toothbrush), etc.
Don't discount it just cause it seems too simple.
