  • I used to be a work-out junky. Now, 10 years and two kids later can hardly find any time to work-out parenting, working full time and trying to keep house. Everything was starting to feel flabby and jiggly - plus I am starting to notice the beginning signs of saddlebags - YIKES!!! Break pal has helped me to squeeze exercise in during the day. Liz popping up on the screen gets me pumped to do a couple minutes of exercise. The exercises are easy to figure out and follow. When I finish a session with Liz, I find I have more focus and can concentrate more clearly.

  • My new job was a godsend financially, but at 40-something, my body was starting to rebel: I stare at a computer almost continuously, and my fingers are more muscular than the rest of me combined. Some days I only get out of my chair twice -- once to go to lunch and once to go home. As soon as I spotted it, I recognized that this program is SUCH a life-saver -- and I mean that literally! What I like best is that it is so much easier to talk myself into 3 minutes of exercise than half an hour.

    I have been having a blast with your site all morning. I knew that I was going to like it but this is truly a great site and product.
    My arms are sore already from some of these exercises....which is a good thing!

  • Wow! I just began my first exercise as I am a new member. I can't believe how much of a mini-work out I just got sitting at my chair at work! I can't believe it. I actually feel revitalized and actually feel more motiviated to do more of these exercises now. This is an amazing idea. I was just sitting here at my desk with all these aches and pains and Googled the keywords, "work-out from desk at work" and found this site. Thanks a million!

  • Hi I'm Kathy, from Laramie, WY. I started working in an office a year ago, and have gained more than 20 pds!!! So sad for me! lol I do love my work though. A year into it and I'm ready to fit some exercise in. I just started break pal yesterday and can't believe how much better I felt after only one day. Being sedentary really takes a toll on the body and enthusiasm level. I'm so glad that some wonderful person came up with this terrific program. And kudos to that person for allowing those of us with little to no extra money the opportunity to benefit!
