Workout Junky

Submitted by Anonymous on Fri, 2009-01-30 16:49

I used to be a work-out junky. Now, 10 years and two kids later can hardly find any time to work-out parenting, working full time and trying to keep house. Everything was starting to feel flabby and jiggly - plus I am starting to notice the beginning signs of saddlebags - YIKES!!! Break pal has helped me to squeeze exercise in during the day. Liz popping up on the screen gets me pumped to do a couple minutes of exercise. The exercises are easy to figure out and follow. When I finish a session with Liz, I find I have more focus and can concentrate more clearly. I've only been doing it for a couple weeks and I'm already noticing that my arms are toning up!

Thanks for the motivation!

I, too, am a former fitness junky. I just joined Break Pal today, hoping that enough small changes will lead me onto the bigger ones. It's reassuring to hear that it worked for you!

Hi There,
I'm so glad the workouts are working for you. It's amazing how fast you can see results. We are adding intermediate and advanced workouts so you can mix up the intensity after you learn the basics.
I see your points are coming up, thats great.
Keep up the good work.
