Ok - I'm trying something new and setting a reminder in Outlook each weekday to remind me to turn my BreakPal Widget on (you all still need one for Windows 7 instead tho)

Thanks Phil - I really do like Break Pal and think it is a fabulous idea. Wish I would have known about it years and years ago. I tell everyone about it since I started.

Hi Robyn,
You get a point every time you do an exercise (we assume you do it and not just watch it). The Points that show in your profile expire after 1 week so you have to keep them up. Your firends can see your points on their profiles. If you see a friend lacking in points go encourage them.
There are a few other activities which you earn points for. Basically be social and helpful and you'll earn points also.

Thanks - I am looking forward to using it. Just had a health scare a couple of weeks ago and have been seeing the doc and need to get moving and in shape. When I saw this on Zippy's blog (Champagne Living) I knew it was something that could really work for me since I am in front of the desk so much.

Well to bad it didn't exist years and years ago. We actually got this thing online around February.
Glad you like it so much. I really do think it's the answer to preventing problems associated with computer use. Don't know why it hasn't been done before. Just to obvious I guess.
Thanks for telling people. We're bootstrapping this thing so pretty much relying on word of mouth. Take a look at your profile. There's a new tab for affiliate stuff. Click on it and you'll find an affiliate code which will track anyone you refer and pay you for it too!. I'm still working on it but it does function.
